Honour
Board
As an honour to the revered
teacher and former Principal & HOD, Chemistry, Scottish Church
College, who long yore the idea of CASC was conceived imbibed the
sense of togetherness and provided wamth in the relationship among
the persons who were once in the Chemistry Department, Scottish Church
College.
We respectfully dedicate the
unique first chair of this Honour Board to
Aparesh Bhattacharya

Joined
the Scottish Church College as a student in the I.Sc. class in
1934. |

Graduated
with Honours in Chemistry in 1938. |

Was
appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry in 1943. |

Became
Head of the Department in 1963. |
| • |
Served
as Vice-Principal during 1977-78. |
| • |
Was
appointed Acting Principal in 1981. Later became Principal. |
| • |
Retired
as Principal on April 30, 1983. |
We wish to write the names of our very distinguished Alumni here.
Our Alma Mater nourished many a proud world citizen. This very rare
honour would be conferred to our those Alumni for which we take
pride in.
